Britannia Open Titles – ProAm Competition

Britannia Open Titles – ProAm Competition

Dizzyfeet Dancing is delighted to announce that they will be running the inaugural Britannia Open Titles in January 2019. This will be the first competition of its kind in the UK and is likely to be a sensational weekend of dancing, fine dining and entertainment. The Hilton at the Ageas Bowl is our venue for the weekend which is delightful modern hotel, with a spa and an 18 hole golf course – should you have the time! We’ve been able to negotiate a special rate for the weekend for all bookings made directly with the hotel when using our special code.

Friday 18th January is a gala dinner night, with a fantastic cabaret performance from the British Open Professional Ballroom Champions, Victor Fung & Anastasia Muravyeva. This will be a black tie affair, with all the glitz and glamour you’d expect from a gala evening. As well as a performance to enjoy, you too will be able to stretch your legs and dance the remained of the evening away with plenty of social dancing.

Saturday 19th January is competition day with a full programme of events starting with Children in the morning and early afternoon, followed by the Adults competitions. Join us once again in the evening for a fabulous dining experience, an Amateur Ballroom & Latin American invitational competition, the grand finals of the Britannia Open Titles PLUS the ‘Rule Britannia’ Spectator Challenge! And if there’s time for you to catch your breath, you’ll be able to once again have a dance of your own with some social dancing.

All of the information can be found on the website – – including competition entry forms, Gala dinner and admission ticket purchase forms plus a link to the Hilton website for discounted room booking.

As always if you need any more information, don’t hesitate to get in touch!

Fantastic event. Attended both dinners and completed on Saturday.
Just wanted to check the categories e.g. I was in over 60 restricted category, I am Social dance test level, was that category open to other levels?
If so, I didn’t do too badly
    Looking forward to next January.
    Many thanks
