This is the website of Sheldon Ward. He is quite possibly one of the most important and integral parts of our dancing life. He ensures on a weekly basis that our bodies are in tip top condition and performing at their very best. Not only that, but he also provides us with mental and physical training regimes that have transformed the way we conduct ourselves both on and off the dance floor. We physically and mentally would not be able to compete and work at the highest level without his guidance and help.

An essential ingredient to any dancer on the competitive circuit is a healthy sun-kissed tan. Sadly we cannot always spend our time out on the beach like the lady above and that is where Famous Dave's Tanner comes in! This is the dancing website of our friends Alan & Donna Shingler and Adam & Karen Reeve in Australia. They have all been particularly instrumental in shaping our recent career, as it was they that got us together in the first place! They are all highly regarded in the world of dance and hold a great many national and international championships between them - none other than Britsh Open and World titles, quite simply THE most prestigious of all the events in the world calendar. If you're ever in Australia, they are definitely worth the visit!

More recently he took photographs for us at our Festive Social Dance and we hope to have him present at future events that we run.
